Kinja'd!!!

Nissan Sunny.

It’s 25 years old so it’s eligible for export to the Americans, should any have the unfathomable urge to acquire it.

Nah, I’m good thanks.

I did once see a Nissan Almera hatch with Mexican plates in downtown Denver, though. I was excited and underwhelmed at the same time.

Yes, the Almera came next. Nissan then decided they weren’t going to do that kind of car again so came up with the Cashcow and then changed their corporate minds and gave some of us the Tiida, with two “i”s. That didn’t go well so they decided on the Pulsar.

My family had one of those. Also, not so unfathomable if you remember that Sunny/Pulsar GTI-R was a thing.

I see these often but I cannot remember when I’ve seen one without rusty wheel arches. There’s something about the styling that I’ve always liked.

How were the rear wheel arches? These things sold quite well but disappeared relatively soon. Probably due to rust.

Looking at the picture, they seem reasonably sound.
