Looked out my window this morning and noticed the neighbours car was pebbled dashed in bird poop.

So I text him to drop it over my side and I’ll sort it.

Kinja'd!!!

Up close.

Bird bombs removed. Washed with Gyeon Q2M Foam, dried with Gyeon Cure, windscreen sealed with Angelwax H2Go and windscreen wash topped up with VW screen wash as the reservoir was virtually empty.

I WISH I had a neighbor like you! Great job you did on this and that Audi. That Poorboy’s Blackhole glaze works wonders for those light imperfections. Did you apply the PB Black Hole by hand?

I always kept a bottle of Poorboy’s Bird Shit Remover in my trunk kit along with disposable gloves and a dedicated mf for it for quick clean ups- nasty stuff that bird shit.

I get that a lot. But money complicates the issue and to take money and not be a business and pay appropriate taxes is wrong to me.

The only time I take money is if I’m asked to get something for them for the car like cleaning products for them to use or car parts (ie know or several good places to get genuine Ford, Vauxhall and VAG parts for reduced or discounted prices).

Well I hope you at least get a good meal and a beer out of it

Ye’, I always work by hand with polishes. I’ve used rotaries but I get a better feel for the paint by hand.

It’s the first time I’ve used Black Hole. I’ve always used Gtechniq P1 polish which is an ‘honest’ polish, what you see is what you get, no gloss enhancers or fillers just corrected paint.

It’s harder going but once done, it’s done.

Ye’, bird bombs are particularly nasty as they eat gravel and small stones to make their eggs stronger but it also acts as fine sharp shrapnel and causes nasty scratches as well as the bird poop itself etching into the clearcote if left creating a ghost which needs compounding out.

She snuck £25 through the door after I told her not to. I thanked her but told her not to do it again.
