They’re not brilliant, nowhere close to my Infinitys, but they’re pleasant, and well-suited to 60s psychedelic rock. I already have two stereos in a small basement suite, and both have better speakers than these are. I think they’re gonna go to my friend who’s putting together a budget stereo.

Oh man I would love a McIntosh. I’ve got ‘The poor mans McIntosh”, the Dynaco.

Speaking of Infinity speakers, I have a pair of Infiniti RS3 bookshelf speakers that I got in 1998 and are still my primary front speakers in my not-super-fancy stereo comprised of them and a Definitive ProCenter 1000. They still sound pretty damn good.

I’m actually acquiring parts to put my parents old Fisher Studio Standard stereo back together. I actually picked up a pair of speakers a couple weeks ago.

I traded a small box of lego for these Kappa 7.1s a few years ago, and they’re really wonderful things. My friend has a pair of PSB Stratus Golds, and those are the only towers I’ve heard that I’d consider replacing these with. I’ve definitely heard good things about RS3s, I was thinking of getting a pair for my friend that I’m giving these Altecs instead

Yay vintage audio!
I have a pair of KLH Model 6s in my office. They rock. A set of ESS Model 10s at home, but I need a new receiver. I blew up my H/K 630 Twin Powered and gave it to someone for free... big mistake.
