Having a rough day, cheering myself with Japanese automotive goodness. No specific rant - just feeling the weight of existence. You can call in ennui or whatever, but I am call it a bit down in the dumps. I think I need my Sunchaser back. Calipers getting painted, but a window was accidentally broken and glass will not come before next week. I need my car more than I need therapy.

This made me smile today. Organic is bullshit invented by the profit fairy.

I actually saw a Sunchaser locally and thought of you. Unfortunately both the budget and driveway are maxed out currently. Potentially in the future, but not now.

Organic (TM) is bullshit invented by profit driven mega farms and chemical corps spraying poison on food and feeding their cattle bullshit foods.

I’ve grow my own food and raise my own chicken...organically. I also buy “organic” meat from local ranchers who feed their cattle grass instead of corn.

The title is bullshit mostly because companies like Walmart and Costco lobbied to make the label meaningless so they could sell bullshit food to dumb Americans. America has some of the worst food standards of any first world nation. I have Swiss friends who were afraid of the TPP getting ratified because it would allow disgusting American beef into Europe.

Organic farming has existed in the US long before the first Whole Foods opened, and I know farmers and ranchers who would knock your teeth out if you told them what they did was bullshit. Like, no joke, they’d probably cut your balls off. Producing food the right way is dear to them. They think “ranchers” feeding their cattle crap food and filling them with antibiotics are scumbags.
