Neat! Watched one of the older episodes last night (the one with the social club of Chinese people playing a lottery with body parts).
One thing I’m really impressed with for such a long-running series is it didn’t get sucked into ‘The Storyline’ too much. One thing that tends to happen with series that start off as episodic with an underlying plotline is that as the seasons wind on, more and more of the episodes are dedicated to plot advancement and fewer to the sort of neat one-to-two episode mysteries that drew us in in the first place.
Supernatural has fallen prey to this, but Doctor Who has managed to avoid it for longer than any other series I know of :)
