Not sure if it was the VR4 or whatever the turbo AWD version’s called, but here it is. Also I’ve never see stock headlights on any of these. I’ve mostly seen the wanna-be Integra ones, which I assume are aftermarket. These look after market too.

The ones on the car you saw are the stock 98-99 headlights.
The Integra-looking ones you’re thinking of are the stock 94-97 headlights.
The original had pop-up lights.
