I’m on the prowl looking for my next phone project. The iPhone 6 Plus I bought turned out to have a dead logic board, so I already sold it because I can’t use it for anything. Amusingly, I sold it for a “break even” price. ;) Anyway, today I found a new Galaxy S7 selling for hilariously cheap without reserve from a seller with a high rating. Hmmm...let’s dig deeper.

Looks like that i***i person with 0 Feedback hacked this eBay auction so that any bid that outbids theirs automatically gets outbid. Someone’s going to be a pissed off seller in about a couple hours.

Bonus: I’ve finally decided what to do with Tucker. I want to lift him up and make him into an adorbs offroader!

I salute your off-road project and simultaneously weep for what those big tires are going to do to those tiny press fit front hub bearings.

I can hear the bearings screaming now! Thankfully my tires won’t be that big. The shop that made that one did some extreme cutting on the panels to fit those stupidly large ATV tires on it, which totally makes it not roadworthy. Mine would have about 10-11 inches total ground clearance...still bad for the bearings though. lol

I think you should see if you could throw some Polaris RZR in the mix.

I must be missing something. If Mr/Ms i**i wants to pay $300.01 for a borked phone why not let them.

I wish! I’m keeping my initial budget just under $1k. Idk when I’m going to do it though. I just priced out all the base level stuff and found out I could actually do it.

I don’t really get what I’m reading. How come the bids get smaller the further in time we go....

Hax! Honestly, I don’t get it either. Either the seller or the buyer is artificially setting the price to $63 by bumping out every other bidder. I have no idea how it even got to $300 considering that the canceling happens within a minute.

I remember there being an autobid function for eBay. I take this isn’t the case given the bid retractions?
