Although I’ll be fronting the remainder of the loan for the pay off amount and the title company fee.
I owe just under $97,000 and his offer was for $90,000 cash.
I think I may be out about $9,000 which I can come up with and be done with that house.
I still have a GTI there and some tools and misc stuff in The garage over there.

I have another bigger better house, inlaw family was in there and didn’t keep it clean. I don’t need it. It cost a lot of money I want to spend on my house or cars or kids.

If you follow the links in the other posts, (or shortcut to my own XJDano blog) you can see for yourself how the house was left and the few updates from them moving out to yesterday me removing drywall in bathroom.
