One continuous strip, double wrapped around the foam/bondo core. I’ll be sanding it smooth top and bottom, and leaving the leading and trailing edges intact, filling them, to preserve every heavy ounce of strength. Weight went from about 2 lbs to ~8; haven’t put it on a scale yet. Sanding it smooth should bring it back down 2 lbs or so...
