I was a big fan of MST3K when it first aired.
So far I’ve watched the first episode. Haven’t had a chance to watch any more yet. I do like this version too. I was afraid that it would be too glossy, for lack of a better description. But it’s still pretty campy which is good.
I think I could deal without the floating Servo and random inclusion of Gypsy when they’re watching a movie though.

I fell asleep to ep.9 last night. Not the show’s fault, my body used to be predisposed to waking up Sunday, popping on MST3K, and taking naps.
Its bloody BRILLIANT. Not quite as good as RiffTrax is, but that’s the movie’s fault, not the writers.
I can’t accept Tom Servo’s new voice though. At least Crow kinda sounds like Crow still.

My biggest issue is that sometimes I’m not sure if it’s Tom or Crow talking. They need to work on that. Otherwise, it’s good old MST3K.

We haven’t seen Cambot yet, have we? I think they made reference to him, but that was about it. Then again, in the original series I can’t remember seeing him all that frequently.

Yes. Even with the new actors and voices, I am down. My wife and I watched it and laughed our asses off. I even dug up my old VHS tapes I made when I was a kid to watch soon as well.
