Kinja'd!!!

The Mitsubishi Raider is a thing that exists. Just under 22,000 of these rebadged Dodge Dakotas were sold from 2005-2009. This is actually about 2,000 less than the Chevy SSR. I saw this one today.

Other than the badge, is there any difference?

Not really. The grille and headlights are a little difference and they made a few small interior tweaked like making the vents round instead of square but the steering wheel is the same with a different logo. Same engines and powertrain. Basically about as much difference as a Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon.

I saw an Isuzu Assender today. That is a pretty rare car that nobody cares about.

Yes. They made about 28,000 of them. Just barely more than the SSR that rode on the same platform. I wrote an entirely too long post about this a while back lol http://oppositelock.kinja.com/on-the-relative-rarity-of-gm360-platform-trucks-1786314388

The Mitsubishi was 3.7 v6 only. No, 4.7 v8 was available

I’m pretty sure the 4.7 was available the first year or two but it was definitely v6 only by the end.

Yup, you’re correct (wiki check, learn something everyday). I looked at buying one new because of deep discounts and I believe a 100k warrantee(?). Lost interest with no v8 available. A v8 Raider would be a cool odd ball.
