I tried a traditional “special occasion” dish for Easter this year:

My first attempt at a Beef Wellington:

Kinja'd!!!

Kinja'd!!!

Kinja'd!!!

Kinja'd!!!

It was amazing. I used a spinach and mushroom pâté and left out the prosciutto because, well, my wife didn’t want to put it in there.

Looks better than my ham & Swiss on Hawaiian rolls with mustard wostoscire brow sugar and some poppy seed glaze. And bake for 20 minutes.

Although my now signature sandwiches and addicting it’s no beef steak loaf.

What store is that from? I don’t recognize the design on the steak’s tag.

Harris Teeter. Most of them are excellent but pricey. But the service is Publix-level

Oh nice, I think I’ve heard of that store before. I work at a store you’ve probably heard of, especially since you’re from NC, so I’m always curious about other stores. My store is pretty good on customer service; a lot of people like us, even compared to Publix.

Oh okay, further reading through one location’s weekly ad, dang! $2.99 a pound for grapes on sale? That’s my store’s price without a sale!
