Picked up a “create your own six-pack” of craft beers. Currently drinking an Anchor Steam Beer. It’s quite good. Has a very sweet “bready” taste. Which I like.

Local beer from NSW, a limited release Yenda stout and a Lord Nelson pale. I stopped by because I love seeing beer I can actually get in Australia, Paulener is just one such beer!

Go for the good meat. Get ribeye at a minimum. Sear it and the vegetables on high flame and if you have tomatoes be careful to not overcook them to where they pop and more importantly know that they hold their heat so don’t fry the inside of your mouth by accident. It’s a novice mistake.

It’s become the new cheap beer on my campus, replacing Natural Light. I’ve been drinking it before then but it just recently started to get sold in town.
