Up to now I’ve lived in a Tesla-free zone, but changes are afoot.
Coincidentally there was a Zoe (actually this very one) parked across from the planning notice. Sadly it’s not going to be grazing at the new arrivals.

How does that work with EU directive 2014/94/EU, which requires that all new fast charging equipment have a Combo 2 connector (it can also have Tesla’s connector, but...)? Is Tesla being granted a waiver, or are these actually going to also have Combo 2 support?

No idea I’m afraid.
Edit: Tesla are required to add CCS chargers to their supercharger stations in Germany due to legislation there. I don’t know how or if the directive has been implemented elsewhere.

Tesla supercharger station opened near me not long ago.
i’ve seen 2 cars using it at different times.
