Can you believe they built those until 1990?

Aah, brings back memories of nearly getting myself killed in a brand new one trying to make a left turn while I was still learning to drive stick. Also had a girlfriend who owned one that was absolute POS. Partly because Horizon, partly because she beat the crap out of it.
Good times!

A real honest four door hor. Nice. My family had quite a few of those and the omni’s too.

My dad had one of these back in the day, he loved it. Said it was the best snow car he ever had.

Even The Henry Ford had difficulty in finding a museum-worthy Omni for the Driving America exhibits (though they did require a first-year).

Some interesting reading. Thanks. My mom had an Omni back in the day. My main memory of that car was doing a 360 in the middle of a bridge over the Fox River in December. She lost control, looped it, and by all rights we should have ended up in the drink.
