You look at 4C prices just once, and now they follow you everywhere... I can’t afford you! Stop stalking me! In related news: these cars are hilariously unreliable. After reading the forums, I would think twice about buying one without a CarMax warranty.

I’d never buy one but I’ll gladly follow one around all day.

Examples of unreliability on forums? I want one big-time.

Haha, I still have a giant hardon for it. I just know that I’m going to want more power and talk about engines lasting 3k miles has my insides turning.

As far as the power goes... I’ve been convincing myself that it would be enough for me. 0-60 faster than my >400hp GTO, but much weaker into triple digit speeds. This would most likely only be a problem on the front stretch of the long course at one of the local road courses. I did mid-130's in both my GTO and previously in my Cobalt SS/SC. Exhilarating, but not something that I would be attempting on the streets every day.
For the same money (roughly), it could be a 4C or a C6 ZR1. And the power of the ZR1, I feel, would be excessive for anything I wanted to do... I just have to test drive one to see if I could suffer not having a clutch pedal.

3rd pedal is overrated. Where I am in the bay area, it feels so much better being able to easily grab an extra gear change (or 5) in the twisties.

Different strokes... Everything I drive has the 3rd pedal. 6th -> 3rd with a blip of the throttle is more satisfying for me. I’m finally working on learning to heal-and-toe in my Colorado.
