And said thing is red and gorgeous.

Yeah. It’s not exciting, but I had to.. I had a Nexus 6P for about six months and last weekend while playing with my son outside, the stupid thing bent.. The aluminium housing bent at the power button area. The housing was already “kinked” at the volume area before this happened (in fact, I RMA’d the my original phone with Google for the same reason).

After it bent like a twig for a second time (plus the horrible battery life.. Dear god the battery life...) I said fuck it and jumped ship to Apple.

Huh, my original 6P also bent but I disagree on the battery life. I still easily get 4 hours of screen on time after 18 months of ownership.

But now you have to deal with ios....so I’m sorry about that....

I love my 6p. It’s a little warped from pocket time, but not really bent. Battery is still amazing, but like any device, YMMV...

Have a Lifeproof power case on my 6S plus - adds grip and heft.

Very nice! I just picked up a 6 Plus for $80 myself. I’m going to restore it, then fully mod it out and it might just become my daily driver. For as much as I love the customization that comes with Android, life has always been easier with the fruit company.

I actually sold my Nexus 6P for two phones, a blue Honor 8 and this little guy (Nextbit Robin)

The 6P has always been a solid phone for me...just the build quality was just kinda atrocious for a flagship. At least the Nextbit is only $100 so it’s not like I should be expecting perfect quality.

Yeah, my original in box had awesome battery life but the refub they sent me what bad. The Nexus 6P subreddit is full of people complaining about batteries losing charge after a certain amount of time and the battery degrading very quickly.

I did on my new in box one too. It had amazing battery life. When they sent me a refurb though, that’s when everything changed. It sucked.

Mine phone also got so bend it make the off/on button not work anymore. That was the bend point.

I bet, I love my 7. The camera and battery life are great! If you need any tips or have any questions feel free to ask. I know the jump from Android to iOS is weird at first.

I loved the customization of Android too which is why I had a Nexus. But Nexus was so polished that even rooting/roming wasn’t fun anymore and more time consuming than I feel it should have been, hence the switch to iOS.

How do you like the Honor 8? I heard that’s supposed to be a really nice phone.

I have the Otterbox Statement case. It has a clear panel on the back to show off the color. I like it.

I love the Honor 8. Honor (Huawei) basically took Samsung’s TouchWiz and made it look like iOS. It’s definitely a different kind of Android experience, one you’ll either love or hate. To me, it’s a brilliant little phone.

I buy/repair/rebuild/mod phones as a hobby (I have 7-8 phones at any given moment), I really only got the Honor 8 because it has my favourite design for any phone ever.

I couldn’t care less for phones. I still use a semi-broken 5s, but the moment I saw this I couldn’t resist. I want that.

Good - I like the battery feature and weight of my case. And, Lifeproof has stepped up on 2 warranty claims (previous phones). They are top drawer.
