This is driving me insane.

Kinja'd!!!

Found this in a music video, pretty sure it’s set in Mexico or similar, so we can assume whatever it is was imported there. I thought it was a first-gen Nissan Cedric but we can cross that out. Any ideas?

As Mr Blondude so rightly said, it is indeed a Seat 1500. Those twin headlights show it is a 1969-on car; the numberplate is from 1969, from Huelva (Andalusia), in the south of Spain.

Spanish colonial architecture followed mostly the style of buildings in Andalusia and Extremadura so it is understandable that upon seeing the dry landscape, the church and cemetery you thought it could be Mexico. The old folks don’t look very Mexican though!

Sade lived in Spain for a few years, by the way.

Now the really difficult question: what model of Bultaco bike is that?!

INTERESTING INFO

You must live in Spain? Or at least have encyclopedic knowledge of Spanish cars.

And yeah, I should’ve guessed from the old people. I was thinking New Mexico as well for some reason haha

I have no clue what Bultaco bike that is, but I immediately gave up hope of finding out, not being a bike expert myself.

Yes, I live in Spain – although not in Andalusia, but in the rainy, green NW.

Bonus info: many moons ago I was living in Madrid and got to see Sade in the street now and then, always when I was leaving work. As in seeing her parking her BMW E21 – dark green, if I remember correctly? – taking out her grocery bags and so on. She’s astonishingly petite.

I have no idea about bikes either, unfortunately.
