Oh, I’ve been tempted. Some of my co-workers and friends are disabled, and stuff like this just pisses me off.
I’m just wondering if anyone can play devil’s advocate and come up with justification for this behavior.

I’m tempted to send a copy of this photo to the security department. We even have city police based at this location, and I’m wondering what they would do about this (as well as all of the fuckwads ‘inventing’ parking spaces at the end of this lot when they can’t find an actual, legal spot [there is a secondary lot, but they don’t want to walk]).

Sorry officer, my keys were just hanging off the side of my wheelchair that I just pushed from the back of the lot because there were no spots available. My bad.
