Not that I know of. There was a channel on Freenode a while ago but it was a political/liberal shitshow most of the time. Too much drama and too little cars for me.
I’d be down to setting up a channel if I thought anyone would be interested long-term (with some guidelines similar to posting here)

Many many years ago I hosted an IRC server, it was cool but even then it was declining as a method of communication. Definitely let me know if you get it worked out!
