Weren’t you mentioning new wheels recently anyway. Sorry to hear about the bungee.

I once had let go of a stretched bungee and it caught my hand and gave me a good scar.

I was considering it, but the seller didn’t respond in a timely manner so I blew the money on a faster computer. It’s a nice, speedy i7 machine, but somewhat humorously I spend most of my time on an old Core 2 Duo machine.

That older 5 has been sitting on the side of the road for a couple of weeks now. When I had my tire incident this morning (see my previous post under the title ‘Fuuuuuuck’ or something like that), with the spare on the same corner and the same broken left taillight and same scratches, I thought it was too humorous to have two so similar cars in such close proximity that I thought that a group picture was in order.

I have no idea what happened to the other guy’s car, but it’s a bit of a beater. I try to take good care of mine, yet it ends up getting thrashed in an almost identical way. I would die of laughter if his was also taken out by a rogue bungee in the middle of the road, but the odds of two Copper Red Mica Mazda5s damaged the same way are so astronomical that I would have to go out and buy a lottery ticket or watch for lightning bolts...

Even if that photo wasn’t happenstance, it still is epic.
