Probably because the police likely don’t care. In some jurisdictions all they seem to care about is enforcing speed limits.

Yeah, I’ve seen that Model X around a few times now. He seems to park in the same place as the black Model S - just off the highway by that Bullfrog energy/hot tub place.
CX-5, eh? What color? I thought at one point you had a yellow S-10 or Ranger or something. I’ve been trying to keep my eyes out for such a vehicle, in the event I actually run into you in person.

Yeah, we’ve got a black Vibe and a grey Civic. Civic is my daily driver and Vibe is the wife’s.

I bet you are right - I haven’t seen the Model S since the one day I saw them there together. I have no idea what it’s like to sell a used expensive car like that... maybe that’s what I saw going on? Who knows. Maybe some day I’ll actually talk to the guy.

Maybe sold it off, I agree especially an electric one, like where do you take it for an inspection, so many questions! I hope so too, and the Lambo guy and the Elise guy. Also heard there is a Volvo wagon with a Duramax in it around!
I believe I am in town, is a couple weeks before my wedding so might be hectic! Maybe run into you!

I haven’t seen the Lambo or Elise, but I have seen a BMW i8. And I have seen that import wagon with an LS series engine in it. I can’t remember the exact make/model. I could have also sworn that I saw an F-150 with a Cummins in it at the mall a few years ago.

Ya saw a black i8 parked in the Japanese garden parking area last summer. Ya there are a few Stagea wagons around too. Must be a hell of a swap, Ford’s Powerstroke was always kinda crappy anyway.

I work with a guy who has a Mitsubishi Delica. I had to have look underneath to see how the steering linkage worked. He keeps saying he’s going to take me for a spin one of these days.
