Too expensive, and even if I were down for Jag reliability, the S-Type loaner I had did not leave a good impression.

XJ or e38 is what I would recommend. Most of the prevanos e38s are high mileage though.

How did I miss this? V12 aside, you can get an X308 that looks nearly identical, but is faster for less than half the price and still come out cheaper after you budget in ~$2k for upgrading the unreliable bits.
