Not the most glamorous shot, I admit. What can I say, it’s April in New England.

2012 Volvo XC70 3.2 for the curious and/or those who can’t identify a Volvo wagon... which can’t be anyone on this site.

It’s got a new set of tires and an alignment, which greatly improved the handling / steering feel that we didn’t love when we first drove it. An ipd sway bar should help a little, too - that’s coming. Otherwise, it’s a Volvo wagon, what more can I say?

It’s also the newest car I’ve ever owned, the first automatic my wife has EVER owned, and the lowest mileage car I’ve had, not counting the ‘61 Ford. And it’s easily the nicest car we’ve ever had.

I may wait until after mud season to let my muddy kids into the spotless black interior. We’ll see how long that lasts.

We’ve been holding off till vw buys their car back, but im getting tired of waiting. I think we’ll just make it happen and reimburse ourselves

Were looking for a little lower mileage, but finding one out [intermountain] west is a chore beyond belief.
