Just 3 more weeks before autocross starts up. I won’t be able to do a full season this year but it can’t come soon enough all the same. Hopefully I’ll find some actual competition this year too, as I usually walk my region’s STX class in a car that has no business in STX. Who else can’t wait for the infuriating cones?

I’m excited to get the season started. I put my summer tires on the Monte on Saturday along with a new front chassis brace and cruised Woodward. I think I finally have my Carb situation straightened out now that I’m running a Holley 750 instead of my Edelbrock. The car is ready to run, but I have a new steering box that I would like to calibrate and install, new lower ball joints that should lower the car about .5 inches, new PS lines and the brakes could use a bleed. We’ll see how much of that I can get done before the season opener up here.
