Somehow Starlets seem to be the Japanese cars that survive here the longest. When I see a Japanese car from that era it usually is a Starlet. Very reliable, cheap to run and not as popular for export to Africa.

We used to have a lot of JDM turbo models like this, but then they vanished because rust, age and insurance difficulties for the kind of people who liked them.
