My dumpster diving didn’t reveal any speakers that would fit the weird ford-specific openings in the Mustang. Some zip ties and coat hanger wire resulted in a pair of dual speakers that fit nicely in the rear deck.
Not bad for the price of free.
The Dual head unit with BT/aux/USB was free, too. The “select” button is a bit messed up but oh well. Also pictured is the shiny new freshly re-dyed center console. Oooohhhh. Aaaaahhhh.
Fun fact about free speakers: We had to literally chisel a wasp nest out of one of the Jensens. It sounds a bit better since we did that.

Fun fact: 70's Cadillac speakers fit 1st-gen Mustang under-dash speaker holes *like a glove*.
