Why? Why would someone do that? There are no advantages and it looks stupid.
Around here he’d get pulled over by the first police officer who’d see him and the vehicle wouldn’t be allowed back on the road until it has wheels/tires on it that fit the car. And justly so.

I really wish that would happen here, too. It IS illegal, I believe, because the rear wheels aren’t covered enough. It needs mudflaps and fender extensions, but the cops couldn’t care less about that stuff anyway.
