Nice! Speaking of driving stick, I’ve finally convinced my friend to 5-speed swap his Crown Vic this summer. I’ll hopefully do a swap of my own either shortly before or shortly after that.

Not bad. I finally cleaned up the garage, and am enjoying the fact that it was built extra-long as it allows me to have an entertaining area and still be able to fit my car in there at the same time.

Had a 17 hour day with the band kids yesterday and the season is finally over. I’ll say it ended as their lazy, uncommitted attitudes would have predicted. Today I watched F1, got a milkshake, took the dog to the park, and took a nap. Not too shabby overall.

LOL, my friends and I always say to people “if you think band kids suck, you haven’t met us theatre kids.” Band kids are slightly normal, whereas we’re all the randomest people.
If I was rich, racing, milkshakes, and doggos would be part of my daily routine so I’d say you had a great day!

Yes, thankfully the kids were normal, I’m just routinely surprised that groups of teenagers survive to adulthood. They do such dumb things and keeping them from getting hurt for 17 hours takes more energy than I have! Particularly when I get “accidentally” hit with a leaking water bottle that they were throwing at each other.
(Can’t vouch for accident, as they are teenage boys and I had a white dress on.)

That should be fun, good luck with the swap. I’m sure with how popular the panther platform is, there’s probably some bolt on kits that should make it nice and easy.

You can re-use the stock trans mounts and in my case the stock driveshaft. Cut a hole in the floor, notch the crossmember for clearance, bolt everything up, tune it, and you’re good to go.

Yeah, us theater kids aren’t like that. We’re mostly slightly damaged but still adorable.
