When I buy a “12 pocket travel jacket” I expect there to be 12 pockets.

I can only envisage myself using six while traveling—five interior and one exterior—and, ironically, one of those would be the pen loop. That doesn’t change the fact that I spent a good five minutes trying to hunt down the two missing pockets.
