Is the title all there is documentation-wise? Even if the DOT/NTHSA bond release was supplied and verified, I wouldn’t feel completely safe. ‘Cuz there ain’t no way that came in via Motorex.

You could only register it at other shady as fuck states like FL, maybe MT, ND, WY etc... then risk the crusher.
