I double dog dare HamNo to come to California and talk to these workers. Unions are like every other human enterprise, some good, some bad, most in between. Hope lies in workers taking their future in their hands, not blindly entrusting it to the same institutions that have failed them

How many of the “bad unions” are such because the Wagner Act did its job: cut unions off at the knees. Unions have rules they have to follow, here. Most of those rules reduce the effectiveness of unified labor. Except the Wobblies. IWW don’t even care. Too bad they’re also not stronger.
