After what seems like forever, work is finally happening again with some speed. We tore the basement floor out for the sewer work in the middle of February, and just in the past three weeks or so got new cement in to fill it back up. The plumbing for the bathroom has been roughed in and that’s all ready to go now.
The electrician has done all he can do again, including adding all the new outlets to the walls and the connections for new lights in the ceiling. Spray in foam insulation was recently done to all the exterior walls.
Sheet rock is all in and mudded. It’s being sanded tomorrow and then paint will happen. The floor and ceiling have been ordered, will be here in a few weeks.
A portion of the sidewalk was removed for the new sewer line, since it was so old we took out the whole section and had it replaced. I’ve planted flowers and bushes that will grow for multiple years.

Egggggggselent! I had spray foam done on our roof and walls when we gutted out second floor to the studs. That stuff is freaking AMAZING.
The place is looking good!
