Aww come on, that’s cheating. It’s well known that post apocalypse, everyone gets a +200 to their base metal stat due to all the fuck up things that happen to survivors/survivors have to do to, you know, be survivors instead of food or slaves, and this motherfucker already high rolled his guitar and gymnastic skills on top of all of that.
We here in the modern world have no hope of being as metal as he is. A deathmetal band playing with instruments made from their own flesh and blood would be close, but still not get there.

Nor does it hold water when you specifically target me repeatedly, like when you “warned” me twice for political posts that didn’t break the political posts rules at all, but didn’t similarly warn a single other person who made political posts in that same time frame, including people who didn’t follow the rules for properly tagging such posts.
Nor does it hold water when you have targeted me specifically for standing up for myself in the face of harassment while NOT saying jack shit to the men who are harassing me (my Mike Brown anniversary post comes to mind here).
Nor does it hold water when you summarily decide that something isn’t sexist or racist so I should just shut up already, even when a majority of the other mods disagree with you in those summary assessments.
Basically, I would appreciate it if you stopped treating me unfairly than you treat other people here.
I know you don’t like me, HHFP. That’s unfortunate, but I’m not going to lose sleep over it. I’d appreciate an opportunity to change your opinion, but I doubt you’d either 1. entertain such an idea or 2. would change your mind even if you did entertain the idea.
Despite that, I sincerely wish you’d at least consider the idea that our long history of tense conversations here has decidedly colored how you interact with me, and not for the better, especially considering you wield infinitely more power here than I do. I am at your mercy and that’s not a position I enjoy being in when history has proven that, when it comes to me, you have little mercy to give.

Funny how you gave victor the benefit of the doubt that his was playful banter but you didn’t extend that same courtesy to me. This is exactly what I’m talking about when I say our previous history has colored how you interact with me.
It’s no secret that I joke often about being from Texas and I’ll often make comments filled with Texan bravado (like my original comment here), and I also often respond to “insults” or Texas jokes with equally hyperbolic bluster.
Somehow, though, you always seem to deem my behavior or comments as not ok. I maintain the assertion that that’s purposeful. And frankly, it’s getting old.
