It’s gonna be in MD or PA I’m soliciting ideas. It’s gonna In either august or early sept what dates work best for everyone? Do we want to cater? Or does someone want to cook? I can get a large parking area for relatively cheap, and do cooking and host the event there. It would require a small entry fee.

My summer plans were wiped out last week, so anytime works for me. MD would be preferable to PA.

I vote for an old-fashioned park cook-out... as long as someone else does the cooking! I’d be happy to bring food/pay for part of it though.
I’d prefer PA, but I’d be fine with MD, too. The only weekend that wouldn’t work for me is August 4th-6th (That’s Das Awkscht Fescht, doncha know...), but that is subject to change... don’t plan this around me, I’ll show up if I can.

No, the general timeframe is far enough in advance that I should be able to get off whatever weekend it’ll be. Unless I get another job.

Doesn’t matter much to me... If I’m free the date of I’ll definitely make the trek from PA
