Clean out the lines, change the PCV valve, and the oil. Put some miles on it that aren’t a 5 minute jaunt.

How far is the car driven? that foam will form if the condensation in the PCV/crank case doesn’t get a chance to burn off/evaporate. Lots of short trips will cause this buildup. I used to get this in my E46 due to the short trips I was taking and the engine wasn’t warming up 100%.
