I still want to get a scoot of my own! I’m weird as well I guess, because I have no desire for a motorcycle, just scooters! :P
I would prob get one 150cc or so, but there are very few scooter dealers around where I am. There is a Vespa dealer, but new Vespas be expensive, the dealer is an hour away, and there are very few older used ones here :(

I doubt the Vespa has emissions on the tail pipe so it’s probably perfectly legal. Now just don’t go and try to change the carb.

That should be legal in California as long as you keep the baffle in... You wouldn’t remove that, would you?
