I recently relocated two hours from home and my partner has spent the last few months trying to get a job nearby so she can move in with me. Well she got a call this morning saying she got a job!

This is really good for both of us. I get some company (moved out without her before and it sucked) and she gets to move out from her parents place which needed to happen.

One other bonus, I now have someone paying half the rent and bills. So my car fund is much, much better than it was before :D

Congrats on the good news! And having more car fund to your disposal is always nice, as long as you don’t over do it.

I actually still haven’t started yet. I’ll be moving this week and starting next week.

Haha yeah things are really picking up. A month ago I was working a retail job I hated with a 50 mile round trip commute and living at my parents. Life has changed a lot all at once.
