Somebody bought a Vauxhall grille from Europe and put it on their Isuzu?

Probably just a Vauxhall Monterey grille on a Isuzu Trooper. Especially seeing the fact that it is LHD, while a Vauxhall would typically be RHD.

Was it RHD? Could it be an Isuzu Trooper that someone rebated into a Vauxhall Monterey?

Well, because they were sold the Vauxhall Frontera in the UK and this guy either imported the grill from one or it IS a Vauxhall imported under the 25-year old law.

Was also sold as the Holden Frontera in Australia, and even as an Opel Frontera in the rest of Europe as well.
As I think I see the wheel on the left, guessing he bought the grill from somewhere.

Nice.
Have they badged it ‘Monterey’ on the rear or did they just do the grille.

That Chevrolet/Isuzu Trooper was the Opel/Vauxhall Monterey in Europe and the U.K.

Unlikely. It’s badged as a Vauxhall.
The car is a LHD. Vauxhalls never came with LHD with Vauxhall badges (or very rarely do), Opels however can be had LHD or RHD though.

good catch. I know of one service member who brought over a kei car as a farm use vehicle.
