And don’t yell at me if Wobbles has done this one already!
Your goal is to find 5 cars. One with each of the following transmissions.
No one car can cost more than 100k.
- Traditional hydraulic automatic
- Manual transmission, w/operator operated clutch
- Dual clutch transmission
- CVT (Yes you have to)
- EV with only one gear reduction
GO!

CVT: SCCA A-Mod
Manual transmission, operator-controlled clutch: Formula 1000
Automatic: Chevy C10 (to haul the race cars, of course)
Dual clutch: Smart ForTwo + helicopter engine (Mike’s jet car does have the stock powertrain, and they do have a dual clutch transmission, so there you go)
EV: mid-2000s Prius (with two race cars and a jet car why do you need anything “exciting” for public roads? also has pure electric mode so it counts as EV in my book)

I’m answering all these as “WHAT A TWEEST!” versions
Hurst 4-4-2 - Traditional automatic (mostly). Manual shifting mode.
Ford Falcon van with a Barra straight six upgrade, and an original four-on-the-tree column shifting a Muncie.
Dual clutch: Delehaye 135MS. Not actually a dual clutch, but it *is* a manual with automated shifting of the gears when you hit the clutch pedal.
CVT: not a Nissan or any such crap, because DAF Variomatic or GWK disc-drive (multiple choice)
EV with single gear reduction - classic Meyers Manx with off-the-shelf Beetle electric conversion, or actual electric model.
*THERE* is some variety, breh.
