No air brakes so anyone with a regular drivers licence is good to go

Is that really the requirement in Canada? Air brakes? Not GVWR? Or maybe Craigslist in CA isn’t any better than in the US.

As someone who has rented and driven Uhaul’s Super Mover 26ft back and forth across the Province a few times - I’m terrified that anyone with a regular class5 drivers license can hop in and drive it away.. maybe;

I think the US is 25,999lbs and less is a standard driver license, 26,000+ is a commercial. I’m sure someone can correct me on the specifics.
