It’s been shown to be a good cleaner but you’d need a couple of litres or so for the right concentration for a toilet bowl.
But there are loads of great dedicated toilet cleaners out there so why waste coca-cola?

Coca Cola is acidic which is what helps with hard water stains. That’s just basic chemistry, but vinegar would work better and is cheaper. Along with with actual toilet bowl cleaners

You need to add some Mentos as well, then immediately close the lid. It forces that foaming action down the pipe and really gets things running smoothly.

Coke actually does a really good job of cleaning things, especially in syrup form. Does a pretty good job of cleaning up surface rust.
