And have to buy ONE factory, street legal, car or truck built between 1990 and 1995. And it CANNOT be the Mclaren F1. What do you choose?

XJ220. Yeah, it’s leaving money on the table but I’ll have the parts department pad up the invoice with spare stuff.

Easy to narrow down, difficult to make the final choice.
1995 eliminated the best year of the Impala, so let’s knock that one out. From there it becomes a battle of passenger space vs raw speed. If I’m feeling practical on the day of purchase I go Typhoon, if I’m feeling like having the most fun possible it’ll be the Syclone.
And bank the remaining $2,995,000-$2,920,000.

Can’t buy an F1 with $3 million, anyway. They’re more like $15-$30 million now, depending on spec. Yes, really.
Bugatti EB-110 SS for me. Always been a favorite of mine, regardless of what some might call “challenging” aesthetics.

Or are we pretending we are back in the ‘90's?

Lancia Delta Integrale, maybe? Mercedes 190e 2.5-16? E34 M5? Porsche 993 Turbo? All possibilities and with that budget why choose just one?
But ultimately, probably this: Mercedes 560 SEC AMG.

MX-5 could be the answer in this case.
Namely the M2 1006, which was developed in-house by Mazda, though it got shelved at the last second. It sported a 217 horsepower V6 from the 929, earning the nickname — ‘Cobraster’.
Granted, if it doesn’t exist anymore, I’ll stick with an Eunos Cosmo.
