Technically you can do 100% financing if you are financing, but on a lease at least your first payment is required. I’ve technically had people put nothing down on a finance, but there’s usually a trade with equity when they do it that way. I have had leases with only the first payment down. Depending on the model, a first payment down lease starts in the 600s for a 320i and goes from there.

You can buy a CPO 320i for less than $600/mo if you have good credit. Then you get a 6mo/100k warranty too. Don’t do ornate though. I regret financing my newer cars. I’d much rather just cruise around in my old truck and motorcycle. Someone would probably call CPS on me if they’d saw me with two kids in the front of a ‘66 GMC though.

Remember though, that’s rolling in all your fees. So you’re pumping up your cap cost by 3k. And on leasing, every extra thousand either way makes an almost 30 dollar difference. So that right there makes up almost $100/month of that figure.

One of my favorite things about Major League was that there was a TV dub version that replaced “mother-fucker” with “guy”. Sadly I think it’s since been replaced by another dub that uses “mother-lover”.
