I finally got my trailer wiring done (the plug and play Hopkins kit is awesome if anybody needs to wire their FJ80), which means I can finally tow, which means I can finally buy big things...things too big to fit in the truck anyway.
Yep, I just brought my room firmly into the mid-70s. I don’t know why I decided I wanted a steel tanker desk, but a few weeks back I decided I did and I found this one on OfferUp for $50. The chair I actually got from a local consignment store, compliments the desk nicely, though I’ll have to put some blocks of wood under the desk to raise it up a bit. The chair is super low right now to fit under it.
In case you were wondering what comes up if you Google “Land Cruiser butt stuff”, by the way, the answer is basically nothing. Some FJ40s, but no butt stuff.

It’s probably not quite as nice as it looks in the pictures, but it’s largely rust free and runs well so I’ve got no complaints.

That’s a really good deal for that desk, I usually see tanker desks going for way more than that.
