Kinja'd!!!

This is the VW T6 California. Except, y’know, if you actually brought one to California the Feds would impound and crush it with a quickness.

Just like you never got the Westfalia in Westfalen?

In all fairness. How many Dodge Monacos were actually sold in Monaco?

Or Celebrity Eurosports in Europe (or to celebrities)?

Eurosport cars get a pass. It’s vague enough to stand on its own.

*I may or may not love the early GM 60° V6 so there might be a bias*

There’s the VW T6 California Beach and Ocean.

I’d sooner have names of old than numbers any day.

Look at BMW and their number sequence, take the BMW 340i M Sport. You’d think it would be a 3 Series with a 4 litre, but no, it’s a 3 litre (2998cc) engine. How does that work (ye’, I know it’s how BMW does power output or something but still).

Ugh, alphanumeric car names actually make more sense when you mention that.

At least the company that made the Westfalia conversions was from there, right?

The California is illegal in California, and VW won’t bring it to the US even though old VW campers sell for a premium here. There’s even a Lego model of it. C’mon.
