Thanks for watching! Currently we don’t monetize. But doing the math, if we did, we’d have about $36 US so far. We’ll start running ads once we crest 100k views per episode but we’re not there yet. We’re actually doing it 100% the wrong way to make money on YouTube. We have long-form videos, we don’t split them into parts, and we have high production costs and long editing times. This is a passion project for us and we like the challenge.

Oh! Random side-note - what make/model torque wrench and ratchet set do you have Cletus? $100 seems a good deal for that set, and that torque wrench has a way to mount wrenches to it other than ratchet bits?

Those are Alex’s wrenches and he bought them as part of some crazy sale at Princess Auto. I believe they are no-name brand but I could be wrong. The attachments were extras that he had lying around. I have a set as well and they’re pretty handy.

Might have to look into them! I have 2 ratchet sets, but none as complete as that and that torque wrench adapter for normal wrenches would be quite handy!

Just a quick thing. Please tell me Alex has got some paint on the exposed metal on his little Datsun. That might fly in the dry desert states, but it’ll go downhill so fast anywhere that’s in any way wet.
Unless it’s all clearcoated in which case excellent :)

It’s all clear coated but there’s only so much clear coat could do against the salt trucks. Rest assured it’s all sanded down and re painted with clear right now. The Datsun is just fine :) thanks for watching!
