Let the games begin! To date, I have successfully sold every bicycle I’ve posted on Craigslist (for to date). Lots of bullshit but it’s easy to spot. It helps that I live in the middle of nowhere and there are not many people shuffling through our local CL.

mmmm carbon fiber. I have a very similar bike. I dont know if all the components match up but I do have the hydraulic brakes which are awesome. Do you do a lot of trails with the clip-in pedals? I had a friend that wore those and he seemed to frequently be eating trail in a very painful way. I just use the plastic toe clips without the nylon straps

No but seriously if you can’t sell it let me know. It probably doesn’t make much sense to ship, though. I’m having a heck of a time finding a decent hardtail 29" bike with XT components in an XL frame for around $1k here. This is pretty much the bike I’m looking for - there’s a lot that are close but not much in an XL frame.

I have been on clip in pedals for a very long time, I don’t crash often. Maybe 2-3 times a year. You get used to it then it becomes second nature. Otherwise you would want nice flats and some sticky shoes to go with them like 5-tens.

Bikeflights.com if you need to ship. You could probably get a free cardboard shipping box from your local bike shop. If it doesn’t move, try posting on the Facebook group called online swap meet - it’s strictly bike stuff. Almost 50k members - I’ve been involved with 4 bike sales in the group and haven’t had any issues yet.

Done, sorry I got scatterbrained. (It happens a lot.) Yeah shipping gets expensive. I was dumb enough to try it a while back with a vintage Trek that I bought on eBay for barely more than it cost to ship, but it arrived OK.
