I figure it be easier to clean them while off.

Kinja'd!!!

The right front wheel was the worst (pictured above). I found bug remover was the only thing that work to remove the grime.

A good wheel off clean needs wheel cleaner, tar and glue remover and fallout remover.

It’s great because you can also get in to scrub the wheel arches.

But you can always dress the wheel arches with a good undercarriage spray.

That all I could find at the time, so I used it.

When it’s all you’ve got. That product is the best in the world.

It’s come up great though.

I know someone is going to ruin this for me as soon as I link to it by telling me that it’s going to make my wheels disintegrate, but since I started using this ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0134WCLES ) when I wash my car, I haven’t had to touch a brush.

I love washing the wheels when they’re off! I normally only do it when I swap out my winters/summers, so I can put them away clean.

I was going to do it after I removed them last year, but I never got to it. I’ll probably change them in 2 weeks.

For some reason I could never really get in to cleaning wheels. Washing and detailing a car is a calming experience for me. Wheels on the other hand are the exact opposite. I usually leave them unwashed :p
