They’re really hard to see unless you’re near the ground and in a specific light. Quite well hidden.

It’s not fake if it’s functional, then it’s still part of the exhaust system. So technically still an exhaust tip.

I think I read somewhere that Diesel’s have to have their exhaust tips pointing downwards in Europe. The Arteon in that video is indeed a Diesel.
